Bespoke and personalised items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This applies to any garment customised with a name, initials, number, or logo. It also includes products already featuring a specific club, team, university, school, or company logo.
Personalisation Guidelines
- Text will appear exactly as you type it. Please ensure correct capitalisation (e.g., "SMITH" or "Smith").
- We reserve the right to reject any personalisation request deemed offensive.
Production Timeline
Stock figures show blank garments ready for production. Each item is customised to order.
- The production process takes approximately 10–15 working days (Monday to Friday).
- This production timeline does not include delivery time. Delivery time begins only after your order has been produced and has left our premises.
